Issue certs at the factory with no internet
LabOS is a native desktop application for Windows and macOS. All features work fully offline with a local SQLite database. Syncs automatically when internet returns.
Built for Thai factory-site calibration
Many Thai calibration labs do field work at factory sites with restricted or no internet. LabOS solves this without compromising on compliance or certificate quality.
- Full feature parity with cloud â no compromises
- Works in air-gapped factory environments
- ISO 17025 compliant offline certificates
- Multi-device: each tech on their own laptop
- Auto-update from cloud when online
Every offline detail handled
Native Windows & macOS app
LabOS is a native Electron application â not a browser tab. It runs at full speed, supports the system tray, and works even when air-gapped from the internet.
Local SQLite database
All data is stored locally in a SQLite database â no cloud dependency during field work. The same schema as the cloud version so every feature works offline.
Automatic cloud sync
When the device reconnects, the sync queue replays every operation to the cloud â certificates get issued, emails sent, PDFs generated. Idempotent: safe to replay multiple times.
Offline certificate PDF
Issue complete calibration certificates with uncertainty budgets and technician signatures while offline. The PDF is generated locally and uploaded to the cloud on reconnect.
Conflict detection
When two devices edit the same record offline, conflicts are detected on sync. The admin reviews conflicts in the cloud dashboard and chooses which version to keep.
Per-device license key
Each LabOS installation uses a device license key linked to your LabSync subscription. Activate on up to the number of devices your plan allows. Transfer licenses between devices instantly.
